At Fruveza we take pride in delivering the freshest, farm-direct mangoes across Pakistan and beyond. While we strive for excellence in every order, we understand that rare issues can occur. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy below:

 Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged, rotten, or with defective packaging, you may request a return by contacting us with *photo or video proof within:

* 2 working days for fresh mangoes
* 24 hours for processed mango products (e.g., pulp or sweets)

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit

 No Refund Policy

Fruveza follows a strict no refund policy. We do not offer cashback or monetary refunds due to the perishable nature of our mangoes

If an issue is verified, you’ll be compensated through:

* Product exchange
* Store credit for a future order


 🛡 Damage & Claims Processing

* Complaints must be submitted within the given timeframes (2 days for mangoes, 24 hours for mango sweets).

* Please allow up to 5 working days for us to inspect, verify, and resolve the claim.


❌ Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed or shipped. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Fruveza may cancel orders under certain conditions, including:

* Out-of-stock products
* Pricing or technical errors
* Payment authorization failure

Customers will be notified in case of order cancellation.
